Succulence Return Policy

Thank you so much for shopping at Succulence! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our Return Policy and to reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

In order for items to be eligible for return, they must have been received in the past 30 days and must be in original packaging. The following items cannot be returned:
Plants and organic materials including soil, rocks, and sand;
Opened and/or used merchandise; and
Gift cards for in-store purchases, as well as gift cards for the redemption of Succulence classes.

Succulence charges a ten percent restocking fee for any returns.

At this time, Succulence does not accept plant returns. However, we guarantee that they will arrive in great condition. If your plant(s) and/or ceramic planter(s) arrive damaged, please take high resolution photos at multiple angles and send them to us right away at customerservice@thesucculence.com so we can ship a replacement for you as soon as possible. Please also include photos of your packaging.

We accept returns on most items not listed above. If you receive your purchase and change your mind for any reason, let us know at customerservice@thesucculence.com within 30 days of receiving your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us. You should send unused, unopened, and undamaged goods to:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. We strongly recommend using a trackable mail service. We unfortunately cannot issue refunds without actual receipt of the returned items or proof of received return delivery.

If the purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the purchase was not marked as a gift and/or the gift giver had the purchase shipped directly to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
